POS Implementation Analyst
IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR OPEN POSITIONS
Overview
ConStrata is seeking experienced, execution-focused professionals to support onsite POS implementations, including hardware installation and go-live support.
This is a travel-intensive, hands-on role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite POS hardware installation including workstations, printers, and other peripherals
- Support go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition for store teams and managers
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in real time during installation and go-live
- Provide basic end-user guidance and support for POS systems as needed
- Collaborate with remote configuration and support teams during implementations (e.g., via Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
- Follow project documentation and complete required reporting, including daily trip reports
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with client requirements, timelines, and company standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in F&B or hospitality operations with hands-on POS system usage
- Experience with POS implementations
- Strong ability to troubleshoot POS hardware issues in real time
- Experience supporting end users on POS systems or similar technologies
- Detail-oriented with a structured, methodical approach to hardware installation and maintaining an organized workspace
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and maintain a high level of accountability
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
- Willingness and ability to travel 75–80%
- Valid driver’s license and passport
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-location rollouts
- Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality environments
